On September 24, the finals of the 5th China·Shaoxing High-Quality Development Industrial Platform High-Level Talent Entrepreneurship Competition (Digital Economy Special Track) concluded successfully. Lou Dandan, Vice Minister of the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee, attended the event and delivered a speech. Chen Yunyun, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Director of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and Zhou Chun, Member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and Head of the Organization Department, were also present.
In her address, Lou Dandan emphasized that Shaoxing is not only a cultural city with a long history and profound heritage, but also an innovation-driven city with comprehensive industries and robust development. As the main urban area of Shaoxing, Yuecheng District has focused on integrated circuits, medical devices, and the low-altitude economy as its primary directions, deepening the development path of “attracting talent through industries, boosting industries with talent, and achieving common prosperity of industries and talent” This approach provides a broad stage and unlimited opportunities for talents to pursue entrepreneurship.
The final round was conducted in a tense yet vibrant atmosphere. Eight talent projects, including the “Hybrid Power System for Long-Endurance Low-Altitude Aircraft” and the “AI-Based Airway Management Robot,” comprehensively demonstrated their highlights, technological advantages, and market potential through the “8+5”roadshow defense format. Seven expert judges from well-known venture capital institutions, leading enterprises, universities, and research institutes provided precise evaluations, offering in-depth analysis and targeted comments on the projects from multiple dimensions such as technological innovation, team capability, and market prospects. On-site scoring by the judges determined one first-prize winner, two second-prize winners, and five third-prize winners. All awarded projects have expressed clear intentions to establish their operations in Yuecheng District.
Following the competition, Yuecheng District organized a dedicated industry-talent collaboration matchmaking event to facilitate the landing of awarded projects. The district invited local industrial parks and talent funds to engage in precise matching sessions with the winning teams. Participants were also arranged to visit platforms such as the China-Japan-Korea Semiconductor Industrial Park and the Medical Device Sci-Tech Innovation Park, providing comprehensive support for the rapid implementation of the projects.
